Premium Subscription & Auto-Renewal Terms of Service

Welcome

Welcome to the Unrush Premium subscription and auto-renewal service. Unrush Team ("Qiyin Technology", "we", "us", or "our") is the developer and operator of the Unrush App (the "App" or "Unrush"). The App offers both free and paid experiences. You must be a registered user before purchasing Premium.

Please read these terms (the "Agreement") carefully before subscribing. If you do not agree with any provision, do not complete the purchase or use the paid services described here. By confirming your acceptance or beginning to use the subscription, you acknowledge a binding agreement with Qiyin Technology and agree to comply with the App's applicable terms of service, membership provisions, and privacy policy.

1. Acceptance of Terms

This Agreement, together with our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and any rules we publish or update from time to time, forms an integral part of your relationship with us and has the same legal effect. If the body of this Agreement conflicts with those rules, this Agreement prevails for subscription matters unless we state otherwise. Your use of Premium is governed by this Agreement.

We may revise this Agreement and related rules as our product evolves. We will notify you effectively within the App. If you do not accept the changes, you may stop using Premium. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Premium Subscription

Premium is a paid service. You may use it only after completing payment as described on the purchase screen.

2.1 Benefits & account management: After subscribing, you may receive benefits including, without limitation, unlimited access to all-scenario AI functional music and enhanced ambient adaptation features (as shown in the App at the time of purchase). You may enable the service inside Unrush and, on iOS, review subscription status, renewal date, and billing history via Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.

2.2 Plans & pricing: We currently offer recurring plans including a continuous monthly subscription and an annual subscription. Prices shown at checkout apply. Actual prices may vary by country or region.

Unrush is currently available on iOS only. You must pay through Apple In-App Purchase. Displayed prices include applicable local taxes. The subscription is non-transferable. Except where required by law or platform policy, fees paid are non-refundable whether or not you use the service during the paid period.

2.3 Acceptable use: Premium is for your personal, non-commercial use. You must not obtain or use it in any of the following ways:

  • For profit-making, operational, or other non-personal purposes;
  • Using bots, crawlers, scripts, or similar automated means;
  • Through fraud, misconduct, or in violation of good faith;
  • Harvesting information about other users to harass them, or distributing ads or unsolicited promotion;
  • Reselling, sublicensing, or sharing Premium access without our written consent;
  • Any other conduct that violates applicable laws, public order, or our intellectual property.

2.4 Changes, suspension, or termination: We may update Premium features as the product evolves and communicate material changes via the App. Because online services depend on networks and partners, we may suspend or discontinue all or part of Premium where required by law or when reasonably necessary, and will protect your legitimate interests to the extent required by applicable law.

3. Privacy

When you pay, Apple App Store processes your order; third-party systems may collect limited billing data needed to complete the transaction. We take privacy seriously and handle personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. Please review the Privacy Policy published in Unrush for full details.

4. Breach

If you violate this Agreement, we may independently determine appropriate remedies, including suspending or terminating Premium or your account, and pursuing legal action where permitted. You are responsible for losses arising from your breach (including inaccessible data or unused subscription time forfeited where allowed by policy). If your conduct harms Qiyin Technology or third parties, you agree to indemnify those damages to the extent required by law.

5. Miscellaneous

5.1 Copyright: This Agreement is owned by Qiyin Technology, which retains the rights of interpretation and modification.

5.2 Governing law: This Agreement's validity, performance, interpretation, and dispute resolution shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China (excluding conflict-of-law rules that would lead to another jurisdiction's laws).

5.3 Dispute resolution: Disputes should first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, you agree to submit disputes to the people's court with jurisdiction located where Unrush Team has its domicile.

Auto-Renewal Service Rules

These rules supplement the Premium Subscription terms above. If you choose continuous monthly billing or other auto-renewing plans, you agree as follows:

1. Service name: Auto-renewal (for recurring subscriptions such as the continuous monthly plan).

2. Payment authorization: For eligible subscriptions you authorize Apple and/or Qiyin Technology to charge the renewal fee within about 24 hours before the current period ends via your Apple account payment method on file. Renewal failures caused by insufficient balance or expired payment methods are your responsibility.

3. Price adjustments: Renewal charges follow the pricing shown when you subscribed unless Apple notifies you ahead of billing about an updated price pursuant to Apple's rules.

4. No refunds: Premium is a digital internet value-added service. Except where mandated by law or storefront policy, paid amounts are generally non-refundable whether or not you used the service during the period.

5. Restore purchases: If payment succeeded but entitlement has not refreshed, use "Restore Purchases" inside Unrush. Timing depends on Apple; if nothing changes after extended waiting, restart the App or email unrush@qiyin.ink.

6. Cancel auto-renewal: To avoid the next renewal charge, disable auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the current period ends via Apple's subscription settings.

  • iOS: Settings → tap your Apple ID → Subscriptions → select Unrush (or whichever name the App Store associates with this app for your locale) → Cancel Subscription.
